We offer two unique services: (a) Recruiting the brightest and most ambitious engineering graduates from universities in Africa, Europe and United States, giving them exposure to enterprise IT technologies at our own cost, and offering them to companies as contractors on hourly basis or allowing companies to hire them while paying us a one-off finder’s fee. (b) recruiting experienced engineers, upskilling them and offering them as mid or senior engineers to companies on an hourly basis.
We ensure our employees are paid a fair wage in line with the wage standards in their countries of residence.
